A fantastic way to obtain training in a social environment
This social environment benefits your Dog’s ability to focus under distractions. Most classes also reserve time for play and Q&A to benefit all. Dogs know when it’s class time each week and get excited to get going. You will too!
We want you to be as successful as possible by gaining the knowledge and skills you want and need most. Let us know which classes and workshops will be of the most help and fun to you. We want to hear your voice. Speak!

For puppies 8 to 16 weeks of age. Supervised by a professional trainer available to discuss Puppy 101 topics, this class creates a safe environment for puppies who are not yet old enough to have received all of their vaccinations to experience the critically important socialization they need to people and other Dogs. A well socialized Puppy will better cope with their world as adults and be far less likely to react by biting or showing other aggressive behaviors. Puppies can attend each week until 16 weeks old for a per class fee. Discounted when enrolled in Puppy Manners.
For puppies 8 to 20 weeks of age. Puppies, like children, are like sponges at this age and will learn both good and bad habits very easily. This is the best time to start teaching your friend excellent manners, the skills that will keep him or her out of harm’s way and lay the foundation for a strong bond between you. You will be surprised at how much a young Puppy can learn even in a distracting class environment. Subjects include Sit, Down, Trade (Give), Loose Leash Walking, social time, Puppy 101 discussion topics and more.
BEYOND BASIC MANNERS
REAL WORLD SKILLS
Apply the skills learned in Puppy or Adult Manners class to real life scenarios in class; eating at a table or watching TV from a couch while your Dog lies quietly, pass other Dog owners while your Dog stays at your side or have your Dog sit at your side while others walk past, invite your Dog to wait at an open door while you unload items from the car, jumping into/out of your vehicle on cue with no physical assistance are among the useful scenarios practiced. This exciting class makes real life with your Dog easier – and more fun! Prerequisite: Puppy or Adult Manners.
ADULT DOG PLAY
GAMES & PUZZLES
AThis class proves learning and practicing skills can be great fun and invaluable enrichment for you and your Dog’s life! Using body and mind, your Dog will learn new skills, dispense extra energy, show you his creativity and channel some less desirable behaviors into new skills to call upon out in the real world. It’s a fun way to bond with your Dog, provide new challenges, and fine-tune your handling skills.
This four (4) day workshop is a special class to help your dog work on his or her individual distractions in a controlled environment. It is for help in reducing the reactive behavior your Dog exhibits when exposed to stimuli the Dog finds exciting or scary by teaching him a different associative response. This class will not be for Human Aggressive Dogs. The class is extremely focused and specific to ensure a positive learning experience for you and your Dog.
Every dog, no matter the breed, loves to sniff! In this five (5) day workshop you will use your Dog’s natural scenting abilities to locate a target scent or odor and build on his or her drive and search skills with more challenging hides, including additional exterior and vehicle searches, introducing pairing with odor, practice advanced outdoor, vehicle and container searches and introduce new target odors. Class concludes with a nose work field trip. Nose Work is great for any dog and easy to learn. It is especially helpful for bringing confidence to a shy Dog and focus to a reactive Dog.
